Domain Model

To understand insight of potential customer and make sure if ThePod’s service would match their expectation,

I held informal interview with frequent Uber (common form of transportation service) customer, a Msc student  and a company using Deliver service for their frozen food.

Sitemap

Based on the data collected from the interview and the domain model which was generated served as the best way to list out the pages that the website would contain. I started listing out the important pages required i.e.  Service page for three different main service i.e ThePodRide, ThePodBusiness, ThePodOffice , the list of sub-categories of the services for each pages, Register page,  About pages  with the content such as, about their services, safety, how it works, ambience, special services etc.

Various methods such as open and closed card sorting, Tree Testing were organised with  the website optimalworkshop.com to understand how the visitor of the pages would understand the structure of the page and increase findability.

User Journey

For the user journey of this website , I decided to focus on multiple steps a user would be able to go through to complete their task. Hence, a suitable task statement was generated with clear and enough details that would touch most part of the sitemap  e.g. from searching, browsing, entering details, making use of faceted navigation etc.
