PROJECT OVERVIEW
Bloom is a multi-purpose social media super app for university students. The app allows the user to stay connected with the other university student for support such as academic, financial, housing, etc. The app also allows the student with the job opportunities with the frequent positions posted.
PROBLEM
Over three-fourths of students surveyed agreed that financial insecurity, socializing, connecting with, and adjusting to their new environment are the largest hurdle inhibiting their university experience.
BLOOM'S SOLUTION
Create a platform for the university students with a comprehensive set of frameworks and tools. These tools tackle different layers of student life that will provide a rich and intuitive user experience for them which will translate into real-life physical experience.

WHAT WOULD I DO DIFFERENTLY
Because of the limited time and resources, we missed out on opportunities to make this even better. I ended my internship by the time the back end of the design was on progress. So if we had the opportunity to push this even further, these are what I would do differently:

User Evaluation and Analyse the data from the usability test done.

Redesign as required and conduct another test if possible.

Dive deeper into the user's journey

Analyse the usability result to improve the design to meet the user needs.
